Ellen von Unwerth is an acclaimed German fashion photographer best known for her playful images of female musicians and models.
Ellen’s career launched in 1989 when she shot then-unknown model Claudia Schiffer for an Elle editorial and a Guess campaign. Schiffer quickly became a muse, and frequent subject, for the photographer.
For the Ellen von Unwerth for ASSC collaboration we commemorated the duo’s iconic 1994 Vogue Italia spread, “Real Barbie” with a collection of hoodies and tees.
